Our very first itinerary comprises visits of the most beautiful “borghi” – fascinating small towns generally fortified and dating back from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance – such as Civita di Bagnoregio, Poppi and Spello.

What is more, Italian UNESCO World Heritage sites like the vineyard landscape of the Monferrato area in Piedmont, the Basilica of San Francesco in Assisi and the historic centre of the city of Pienza are part of the itinerary.

Additional activities include hands-on cooking classes, wine and olive oil tastings as well as trekkings.
